how claude composed a whole song and a music video for it in one sitting
As a music producer, listening to the AI generated slop music there is i always wondered if there once could be a possibility of hooking up a DAW to an LLM and letting it go wild. I forgot about it but when I saw AI Search's youtube video on the release of Opus 5.5, I had to try it out myself.
In the video, AI Search gives a fairly vague prompt and lets Claude have its way with a Tracktion Waveform DAW. Claude eventually composes a fairly good song compared to old LLMs. As an FL Studio producer, I saw this and wondered "Hmm… I wonder what would come out if I tuned the prompt slightly and gave my .flp files to Claude as a reference" - thinking that Claude would have more data from FL Studio computer use than from Waveform.

Your job is to compose an amazing song, around 1 minute long. Use FL Studio 2026. For reference, check my previous projects (.flps) - the ones that I'm most proud of are
esemes_2.flp,tikajici muz.flp- check the arrangements & mastering & mixing techniques in those flps, the used VSTs and based on the knowledge you get from those FLPs, compose a song yourself. Use any available VSTs, I recommend Serum 2 or reFX for generators, Kickstart 2 for simple sidechaining, Soundgoodizer, Decimort 2 and Ozone for mastering while ValhallaRoom can be used to make them sound a bit funkier. Splice is available as a desktop app running on this machine as well. Be sure to add variations and effects to the song, ear candy elements. Include automation. If you have an idea similar to mine (both FLPs are remixes of professional songs) - I can fetch you the song & isolate its vocals if you need. Use computer use if preferred - it should be available.

What tools can I provide for you to do a dynamics motion graphics video for it - utilizing animations, renders, cool flashing edits, focusing the "music video" around the lyrics that say "I saw your eyes in the headlights, they've been running 'round my mind, I wanna know what it feels like.." in the beginning and then the "It's coming in" predrop vocal". Match the sections and drops to the video. Use front-end design skill and please match the energies in the music video. Go wild and creative, you can even use screenshots you make from the flp if needed. Go all out. Blender is here if needed, you could try doing 3D stuff but that may turn out complex than if a normal 2D motion video was to be done.
